PROCESSING TIME
Our processing time is currently 1-2 days. All orders ship next day, save for holidays and Sundays (whenever the post office is closed).
REFUND POLICY
TFCC does NOT accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please be mindful when purchasing. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
SHIPPING
We make sure to package everything with great care. That being said, we are not responsible for packages after they are brought to USPS. In any event that your package arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to open a claim with USPS, as they are the party responsible for damaging your package. *This has only happened twice in our two years of business, and both customers were able to secure refunds through USPS claims.
Tracking information is provided with every order. Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you after purchase.
When placing your order, please double check that all the information you provided is correct; address, email, etc. As our processing time is so fast, there is nothing we can do about correcting an address once the order is placed and package is sent out.
LIVE SALE POLICIES
Live Sales are held on our Tiktok page. All first time live sale purchasers are required to pay "Live Sale Deposit" before claiming. Deposit will be counted towards your first live sale purchase.
All claims are an agreement to purchase, we do not accept put backs during or after lives. Invoices are posted to our website under "Live Sale Invoices". Invoices should be paid directly after live sale, if invoice is not paid after 48hrs you are considered a "Nonpayer" and you will face the following repercussions:
Blocked from all future live sales and social media, added to lists of nonpayers the community uses, loss of deposit if first time claimer.
No exceptions to these rules will be made! Claim wisely.
Shipping starts at $5 and increases by weight. Website orders are eligible for free shipping on orders $200+. All orders will be shipped out the day after invoice payment just as our general orders.
First time Live Sale claimers will be messaged a direct link to pay their invoice, just that once. Every subsequent purchase it is up to you to simply go to our website and find your invoice.
COMMUNICATION AND PERSONAL TREATMENT
Please do not try to reach me via email as I do not ever use it as a form of contact. If you need to get in contact with me you can do so via Instagram DM, Tiktok comments, or Etsy messenger (best bet).
I will no longer be accepting treatment that is in any manner rude, disrespectful, or improper. Any hateful or derogatory speech will result in you being blocked.
